MFT Color Challenge #103

I am back today with a card for the latest MFT Color Challenge.  Another great color palette to work with!  Here is my card...

I made my background by laying down some narrow washi tape in random directions and then ink blended the different sections with distress oxides. I came really closed to doing some water splatters on the card panel, but then decided that I liked the "clean" look, but boy, was I tempted!

Supplies Used:
All About You - MFT
Distress Oxides - Broken China, Twisted Citron, Dusty Concord & Hickory Smoke
Bristol Smooth Card Stock

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #406

Happy Hump Day!  Today I am participating in this week's MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge.

Here is the sketch:
...and here is my card:

I did a lot of masking to get my squares just right and then had some fun ink blending with Distress Oxides.  I popped up the panel with fun foam and heat embossed the sentiment.  I sprayed some water droplets for a little bit of interest & dimension, then added a few sequins for a finishing touch.

Supplies Used:
Clearly Sentimental About Art - MFT
Distress Oxides - Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron & Wilted Violet
6mm Sparkling Clear Sequins - Pretty Pink Posh
