Happy Tuesday! Today, I am sharing another card for The Project Bin. Once again, I used the stamp set called The Gratest. So many cute images in this set!
I started out by white heat embossing the image repeatedly onto a panel of watercolor paper, then I used Zig Clean Color markers to color everything. I made a big mistake in not keeping track of the specific colors that I used. The OCD in me was too eager to clean up my workspace before I was able to mark down which colors I used!
To give it a little more interest I cut the thin rectangle from the center using a frame die from SSS.
I white heat-embossed the sentiment (also from The Gratest) and used foam tape to pop up the stitched heart.
Thank you for stopping by!
Supplies Used:

Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers

You Are Flippin' Amazing
Hello there! Today, I am sharing another card for The Project Bin. For this card, I used the stamp set called The Gratest.
I think this little "flipper" is adorable, and, of course, everything looks better in rainbow colors! Using my Misti stamping tool, I repeatedly stamped the flipper in ROYGBIV and white heat-embossed the sentiment onto black card stock. I added some rainbow-colored patterned paper for a little more "pop" and adhered the panel to a turquoise card base.
Definitely an easy, clean and simple card.
Thank you for stopping by!
Supplies Used:
The Gratest - The Project Bin
Inks - Orange Zest (MFT), Bubble Gum, Strawberry, Dandelion (hero Arts), Jelly Bean, Audrey Blue, Hot Mama (SSS)
Really Rainbow 6x6 paper - Lawn Fawn
Stax 2 rectangle die - MFT
Alabaster embossing powder - Brutus Monroe
Misc. card stock

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Week to you! Today, I am sharing another card for The Project Bin. For this card, I used the stamp & die set called In My Heart.
Die cut inlay is one of my favorite techniques, so simple and so versatile! You can create so many different looks, simply by changing up the color or even using patterned papers. This technique is a great way to use up your scraps and you can also get 3 cards for the price of 1 since you need to die cut it from 3 different colors of paper. How's that for more bang for your buck?
For this card, I used a sunburst cover plate and chose to go with pink and red in honor of Valentine's Day. Once everything was die cut and adhered in place, I placed the Project Bin heart and sentiment onto a stitched circle as the focal point and dressed up the card a bit with some pearls.
Thank you for stopping by and have a Happy Valentine's Day!
Supplies Used:
In My Heart - The Project Bin
Starburst Cover Plate - SugarPea Designs
Misc. Card Stock
White Embossing Powder - Hero Arts

You're the Gratest
Happy Tuesday! Today, I am sharing a card featuring a brand new stamp set from The Project Bin called The Gratest. If you haven't already guessed, it's a very "punny" stamp set. 😊 I always love a good pun!
Here is my card:
The background was done on a watercolor panel by blending 3 colors of distress oxides, then spritzing with water and dabbing with a paper towel. The letters are stacked 4-high with the bottom 2 layers being black to give it a little bit of a shadowed look, helping to lift it from the background a bit. Next in the assembly came the cheese grater, isn't this the cutest little cheese grater ever? I embossed it in black on watercolor paper and painted it with a silver watercolor. To finish off the card, I embossed the sentiment in white on gray card stock, then adhered it to the card.
As always, thank you for stopping by!
Supplies Used:
The Gratest - The Project Bin
Bold Alphabet Dies - Altenew
Distress Oxides - Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio, Twisted Citron
Rectangle Die - MFT Stax 1
Earl Grey Card Stock - Taylored Expressions
Neenah Solar White 110 lb.
Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Paper
White Embossing Powder - Hero Arts
