Hello there and Happy Spring! Well, the calendar says so anyway... Today, I am sharing another card for The Project Bin... and ANOTHER card using the #bff stamp set! I told you I love this set, LoL!
I've been on a roll lately using my card stock scraps, but who am I kidding... it would take 5 lifetimes to use up my paper supply!
I created a wreath using flower die cuts and little circles and then added the #bff sentiment as the focal image. I finished off the card by rounding the top corners, added a strip of black and white striped paper at the bottom of the card and also a stitched scalloped border in turquoise separating the two panels.
Supplies Used:
#BFF - The Project Bin
Stitched Scallop Basic Edges 2 - MFT
Large Stitched Circle Stackables - Lawn Fawn
Beautiful Blooms II - Papertrey Ink
Black & White Stripes 6x6 Paper Pad - MFT

A Friend Touches Your Heart
Hello and Happy Tuesday! Today, I am sharing a card for The Project Bin. For this card, I used the stamp set called #BFF. This is one of my favorite sets from The Project Bin, so many great sayings and quotes about friendship.
For the card panel, I used the Peek-a-Boo Cover Plate from MFT and cut it from Neenah Solar White card stock. Behind the panel, I placed a sheet of rainbow-striped paper from Lawn Fawn for a nice pop of color, then rounded the bottom 2 corners. I stamped the friendship sentiment in black and also heat embossed it using clear embossing powder. That gives it a little bit of texture and makes the sentiment a little more bold. I cut the heart doily 4 times and then stacked them for more of a focal point. For the finishing touch, I added some Sparkling Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
Have a great week and thank you for stopping by!

You're Beautiful
Hello! I hope your week is off to a great start! I am sharing a card today for The Project Bin. For this card, I used the stamp set called "BFF". This set has some great sentiments about friendship.
I began by digging into my bin of scraps and picked out some scraps in pretty rainbow colors. Using smaller dies is a great way to use all of those leftover card stock pieces from past projects. I think I could create enough cards to last a lifetime if I never bought another piece of card stock again! (and stamps, and dies, and adhesive, oh my!)
I started the card by using a rectangle frame die and cut the rectangle from the center of the card panel and I also cut a second panel out of craft foam. I then used the Layer B die from Birch Press Designs Viva die set and cut the circles from each color and adhered them to the panel framing the focal point. I then added the fun foam piece to the back. Next up, the sentiment. I white heat embossed the sentiment onto black card stock and adhered it to the back card panel, then I adhered the front panel with the craft foam over the sentiment panel. The front of the card is popped up in real life, but it is difficult to see in the photo. I really like the pop of color from the circles against the white background.
As always, thank you for stopping by!

Rectangle Peek-a-Boo Window - MFT
Viva Layer B - Birch Press Designs

Best. Move. Ever.
Hello there! Today, I am sharing a card using an adorable stamp set from Li'l Inker Designs called "It's Today, Right?". It's filled with some really cute stick figures along with some great sentiments for couples (anniversary, dating, engagement, etc).
Using my Misti, I repeatedly stamped the sentiment in rainbow colors, stamped the focal image and then framed it using black card stock. I love the bright, fun colors for such a happy event.
Have a great weekend!

Hello there! Today, I am sharing a "rainbow of love" card for The Project Bin. I have gotten so tired of Winter and all of the nasty snow, so I was feeling a need for some Spring color in my life!
For this card, I used the stamp set called In My Heart. I used the Misti Stamping Tool and stamped the hearts in a rainbow palette. The Misti makes cards like this such a breeze to create! For the sentiment, I stamped and white heat-embossed the "xoxo" onto black card stock and popped it up with foam tape along with some spirals of red thread underneath.
Thanks for stopping by!
