Here is my card:
I stamped the turtle and colored this cute, little guy using Copic markers. Then, using a white gel pen, I added the polka dots to the hearts. I created a very simple "scene" using a grass die cut to ground him and the sweet clouds to add to the playfulness of the turtle. The clouds are stacked for a bit of dimension. I finished off the card with the sentiment, heat-embossed in white onto black card stock, and then added the rainbow-striped paper to add a little pop of color.
